Mickey Rooney passed away today at the age of 93. I met him in 1988 on a Delta flight from Dallas/Fort Worth to Las Angeles. I was so excited to meet him. He gave me his autograph and when I returned to my seat I noticed that my pants were unzipped! We had dinner and a movie on that flight. Mr. Rooney was a beloved actor from his childhood throughout his entire life. He had fame, fortune, failure and success in life. I can't help but wonder if he ever met The Savior.
